Turac is specialized in the production of high quality ammunition and cartridges for armed
forces&law enforcements and civilian use. In addition to camping and hunting equipment,
to satisfy armed forces&law enforcements’ needs and expand its product range, Turac
produces ammunitions of small calibers while preserving its investment in research and
development.

Turac follow all the technologies and safety systems in the industrial area to elaborate its
activities to get modern, high quality and innovative technology.

Turaç is going on its services for its customers by its 70 employee, 17 person and 10 vehicles
-marketing team and explosive production facility (11 building and 7000 m2 covered area)
which is constructed on 440 decare land at Cankiri. Our company exports its products to
48 different countries (Afganistan, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso,
Colombia, Egypt, France, Georgia, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Jordan, K.K.T.C., Kyrgyzstan, Kosovo,
Kuwait, Libya, Lituanina, Lebanon, Macedonia, Mali, Nigeria, Pakistan, Republic of Congo,
Romania, Russia, Slovenia, Sudan, Switzerland, Thailand, U.A.Emirates, Ukraine, Uruguay,
U.S.A.) and carries out regional and Turkey distribution of 60 different brands from overall
world. There are more than 10.000 different line items in its product range.

in 1998 as Samsun City branch of the Project and today in designing and producing Defense
Systems in Turkey, SYS is one of the biggest Defense Companies.

SYS formed its R&D Department before production lines and at first designed and started
the production of its “Canik” branded semi-automatic weapons. “Canik” branded products
that are produced by SYS are in service in 4 continents and in service of the Forces of ally
Countries. And SYS is exporting %70 of its production to these all Countries.

Today SYS is doing its production in Samsun ındustrial Area in 7.000 m2 with its highest
technology machineries and equipments. SYS included in other defense projects in the year
2005 by starting the production of components of MKE’s automatic rifles, grenade launchers
and sniper rifles and now its one of the best partners of ASELSAN, TAI and ROKETSAN in
their defense projects.

SYS is doing production for MTU GmbH in OFFSET bases, for Boeing, Airbus, KAI, Bombardier,
Lockheed Martin, AgustaWestland by the interagency of TAI and in every project that included
in, SYS always target to have part in the independency of Turkish Defense Industry. And
now its included in most of the Projects that represents the indepedency of Turkish Defense
Industry like T129 Helicopter, HURKUS Trainer Plain, Cirit and UMTAS Missile Projects.
