Among Kibar Holding subsidiaries, Assan Hanil
Automotive and Trade Inc. and Turkish Airlines,
THY Technic Inc. have agreed to perform
aviation seats production in Turkey in 2012.
Joint Enterprise Company established under the
name of “TSI Aviation Seats Industry and Trade
Inc.” has completed its first design by acquiring
ADOA, POA and ETSO certification and began
mass production in 2014. Seats produced for
Boeing and Airbus has been used in aircraft.

Following the capacity increase and recent
projects of its clients with the investments
completed in 2014, it manufactured the first
functional prototype seat for the project
regarding the air-suspended commercial vehicle
driver seat with a unique design, high export
capacity, which was developed in its R&D
department, founded within the corporate,
and that will enable the company to grow and
enhance.

Prototype seats are now carrying on their trial
excursions in customers’ vehicles. The air-
suspended commercial vehicle driver seat is
planned to proceed with serial production until
next year which launched 3rd quarter of 2016 at
IAA Hannover Commericial Vehicles.
