DIVIDED, INVESTMENTS
IN HIGHWAYS
LIVES
In 10 years, Turkey has reached
MERGED international standards in the highways
that are the heart transportation. The
Ministry of Transportation, Maritime
Affairs and Communications which has
made over 90 billion TL investment in
highway network, has made 1/3 of the
highway networks become divided by
building divided highways of nearly 2
thousand kilometers.
In the recent 10 years during which
the highest highway investments have
been made since the proclamation of
the Republic, the length of the divided
highways has reached 22 thousand 313
kilometers.
